Stack Athletics only accepts returns for store credit and exchanges, including for reasons of: change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction. 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Size-Related Orders

If your item arrives damaged, you received the wrong product, or you prefer a different size, we’ll make it right.

To qualify for an exchange or replacement:

  • Contact us at info@stackathletics.com within 14 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and issue

  • We’ll review your claim and offer a replacement or exchange as appropriate

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate claims submitted after the 14-day window.


Additional Notes

  • All sale and promotional items are final sale.

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges unless the product is defective or an error was made on our end.
